Dr. Lorie T. DeCarvalho is a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified traumatic stress expert. Dr. DeCarvalho is founder and Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services for Adventist Health, Central California, for three area hospitals and 18 rural health clinics, as well as Founder and CEO of Center for Integrative Psychology & Wellness, a health care corporation that provides clinical care, consultation, education, and training for individuals and organizations. She is an associate clinical professor of psychiatry at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Prior to this, she served as a Research Health Scientist/Education Specialist at the National Center for PTSD in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is the co-author of The Clinician's Guide to Treating Stress After War: Education and Coping Interventions for Veterans and Strategies for Managing Stress After War: Veteran's Workbook and Guide to Wellness, both published by Wiley.
Dr. Bret A. Moore is a board-certified clinical psychologist in Northeast Montana. He is a former Active Duty Captain and Clinical Psychologist with the U.S. Army and served 27 months in Iraq as the Chief of Clinical Operations with the 85th Combat Stress Medical Detachment. He is also the founder of Military Psychology Consulting, which is a consulting service that provides guidance on military issues to various organizations and the media. He is the co-author of The Veterans and Active Duty Military Psychotherapy Treatment Planner, published by Wiley. He is also the author of Living and Surviving in Harm's Way: A Psychological Treatment Handbook for Military Personnel (Routledge), Pharmacotherapy for Psychologists: Prescribing and Collaborative Roles (APA) and the forthcoming Wheels Down: A Postdeployment Book for Service Members (APA 2010)
